Automation Assembly Supervisor
This position has the responsibility to lead, direct and coordinator activities associated with the production of automated machines.
Responsibilities include interviewing, employee training, planning, directing work, and performance management.
Successful candidates will possess strong leadership ability, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Good written and verbal communication skills necessary.
Computer proficiency with knowledge of Machine Design/Building and a working knowledge in Microsoft Office is required along with blueprint reading and interpretation.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude; 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience; and five years in a manufacturing/machine design environment is preferred.
Associate Degree in the Technology Field required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
